TSMO was established in 1996. With already 23 years of experience in the Outaouais region, our presence has become very noticeable and appreciated in the area. TSMO offers its adapted and medical transportation services to the region’s hospitals for patient transfers and returns home after hospitalisation. TSMO also offers its services to the public for individuals with limited mobility who need to travel to medical appointments, family outings or any destinations with ease and peace of mind.
The way it works: We book the transfer pick up time with plenty of time ahead of the appointment to get to the destination factoring potential traffic and time to safely install and load the patient in our comfortable geriatric wheelchairs. It is also an option for the client to travel in their own chair. A family member is always welcome to accompany the person in the vehicle.
Once the appointment finished, the beneficiary can simply call our dispatch and we will send a vehicle and driver for the return trip within short notice.
Payment can be made via credit cards directly with the driver. Cash is also accepted. A receipt can be issued at the same time. A more complete receipt for insurance or deductions can be issued a short time after.
