Our drivers will be there on time. They will obtain all the necessary information required from the caring staff or family to guarantee safety and satisfaction during each transfer. Our staff will ensure the transfer is completed and that someone will take care of the beneficiary upon arrival before leaving.
Our qualified drivers will gain your trust and make you feel at ease. Beyond being qualified professional drivers, they are trained in First Aid, CPR and patient transferring techniques (PDSB)
What is the difference between adapted taxis and adapted medical transportation?
TSMO has a recent fleet of fully adapted well maintained vehicles equipped with gps fleet tracking, defibrilators, on board electricity, powered lifts and quality padded reclining geriatric wheelchairs that make for ultimate comfort and safety.
Once on board, our chairs can move to avoid uncomfortable typical transport positions since they can tilt, recline and the foot stool can be elevated. A family member or professional caregiver is always welcome to ride along.
When we execute return transfers home after the hospital, we are equipped to handle stairs at private residences. Our drivers will also help the patients get inside their home to avoid any fall hazards. We do not leave you at the curb.
