An association, a community organization or a day centre organizing an outing for its members needs a vehicle that can take the whole group, wheelchairs included.
TSMO has the lift platforms, the anchors and the trained drivers. Nobody is left behind.
What TSMO provides
Group outings: museums, shows, activities, meals.
Transportation to your events and assemblies.
Pickups at multiple addresses.
Accompaniment from inside to inside.
Every day, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Why an accessible vehicle changes everything
An ordinary chartered coach cannot take a group where three people use wheelchairs. That is why many outings are scaled back or split into two departures.
Frequently asked questions
Do chaperones from the organization or school ride along?
Yes.
Is there a group rate?
Group trips are priced by itinerary. Call with the date, the number of people and the number of wheelchairs.
What checks do the drivers have?
TSMO’s drivers are trained in first aid, CPR and safe patient handling principles. Send us your school board’s requirements and we will provide the documents requested.
Does TSMO do multi-day outings?
Describe the itinerary and we will tell you what is possible. TSMO already travels to Montreal, Tremblant, Toronto and Kingston.
