Does the driver wait during the appointment?
Yes, when you book it that way. Waiting time is built into the trip, so the same vehicle and the same driver take the person home.
For long appointments, ask about accompaniment instead, where the driver goes in with the person.
What if the appointment runs late?
Clinics run late. The vehicle is held for the trip, not for a fixed number of minutes, and expected waiting time is included in the quote.
Where does pickup start?
Inside. The living room, the residence room, the hospital room. TSMO is equipped to handle stairs at private residences, which is what usually decides whether a trip is possible at all.
What kind of appointments?
Specialist consultations, imaging, pre-op, post-op follow-ups, oncology, physiotherapy, eye clinics, dental surgery. Anywhere in Ottawa or Gatineau, and farther on request.
