01

What this means for the residence

Your staff stays in the building. The driver gets the information from the nurse before departure, and on arrival someone takes charge before the driver leaves. The residence receives a documented handoff at both ends, not a taxi receipt.

02

How to book a trip

One account, one number, recurring bookings for standing appointments.

Frequently asked questions

Can a residence open an account?

Tell us about your volume of trips and we will set up the billing arrangement that fits your facility.

Can residents’ recurring appointments be booked once?

Yes. Trips that repeat on the same days are set up once.

Does the invoice go to the residence or the resident?

Both happen. It is the residence’s decision, set when the account opens.

What does the residence receive after the trip?

The driver gets the information from the nurse before departure, and on arrival someone takes charge before the driver leaves. The resident’s return is confirmed to staff.

Does TSMO organise group outings for residents?

Yes, with pickup from inside and accessible vehicles.

Seven days a week, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
