When a guest at your front desk needs a wheelchair-accessible ride, TSMO is the number to give them. Pre-booked, both sides of the river, seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
For conventions and events, the same fleet moves whole delegations, including the delegates who use a wheelchair, in the same vehicles as everyone else.

What guests have to arrange themselves
Ottawa Tourism promotes the city’s accessible attractions and publishes accessible itineraries. The experiences exist. The transport between them is what guests have to arrange themselves, and your front desk is who they ask.

Yes, by phone or email, before the group arrives.
Can the hotel hold a standing account?
Tell us your expected volume and we will set up the billing arrangement that fits your property.
Does the bill go to the hotel or the guest?
Either. It is the property’s call, set when the account opens.
How much notice does a guest request need?
Call as soon as the guest asks. Same-day requests are handled based on the day’s availability, and advance notice secures a specific time.
Can TSMO move a full delegation, including delegates using wheelchairs?
Yes, in the same vehicles as everyone else.
Does TSMO meet groups at the Ottawa airport?
