The Non-Insured Health Benefits program covers medical transportation for eligible First Nations and Inuit members. TSMO carries out these trips across the region.

Long distances
A person referred from a community to a centre in Ottawa or Montreal needs a carrier who covers the whole route, with accompaniment.
