You are the one booking the ride, and you are the one who hears about it if it goes wrong.
Here is what TSMO gives you: a confirmed pickup, a documented handoff at both ends, and an invoice your file can use.
Booking
One call or one form, recurring schedules set once.
What gets confirmed back to you
The pickup is confirmed when it is booked, and the trip is confirmed once it is complete.
The handoff
The driver collects information from the care team before the trip and stays until someone takes charge at arrival.
Invoicing
Date, route, mode of transport and duration, with TSMO’s details.
Coverage
Both sides of the river, in both languages, and long distance to Montreal, Toronto or Kingston.
Hours
Seven days a week, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Frequently asked questions
Can an adjuster or case manager book on behalf of a client?
Yes. That is how most insurance files are arranged.
Does TSMO bill the insurer directly?
It depends on the plan and the file. Tell us the payer when you book and we will confirm how it is handled.
What documentation comes back with the invoice?
The date, the route, the mode of transport and the duration, with TSMO’s details. If your plan requires anything specific, say so when booking.
Can a recurring therapy schedule be set up once?
Yes. Recurring trips are arranged in a single booking.
Does TSMO cross into Quebec for treatment?
Yes, in both directions, in both languages.
What is the turnaround on a same-day request?
Call and we will tell you within the same conversation whether the day allows it.
